With Buffalo wing lovers in mind, Shake Shack introduces a new Buffalo Menu featuring a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich, Buffalo Spiced Fries, and Buffalo Spiced Cheese Fries.

Here’s a closer look at the new Buffalo Menu:
The Buffalo Chicken Sandwich features a crispy, hand-breaded chicken breast covered in the brand’s signature Buffalo sauce, topped with ranch sauce over pickles and shredded lettuce on a toasted potato bun.
Buffalo Spiced Fries consist of crispy crinkle cuts dusted with Buffalo seasoning, served with a side of ranch sauce for dipping.
Buffalo Spiced Cheese Fries feature crispy crinkle cuts topped with cheese sauce and dusted with Buffalo seasoning, served with ranch sauce.
The Buffalo Chicken Sandwich starts at $7.79, while Buffalo Spiced Cheese Fries start at $4.79.
To create more depth of flavor, Shake Shack put their own unique spin on classic Buffalo sauce by adding more pronounced vinegary notes and a touch of garlic.
For their chicken sandwiches, Shake Shack takes a real, white-meat breast that’s fresh, never frozen with no hormones or antibiotics—ever, and slow-cooks it sous vide in a creamy buttermilk marinade. After that, it’s dredged and breaded by hand and crispy-fried to-order.
The Buffalo Menu will be available at Shacks nationwide starting January 28, but Shack fans can use the Shack App to snag exclusive early access starting January 25 through April 25, 2022.
