KFC says Canadians hungry for spice are tired of the “mildly spicy pretenders,” so they’re taking matters into their own hands with the launch of the new Kentucky Scorcher sandwich – a sandwich so hot, it comes with free milk to help tame the heat.

The Kentucky Scorcher features a 100 percent chicken breast, doused with signature Scorcher sauce, smothered in spicy mayo and topped with crunchy pickles, all on a toasted bun.
The new Scorcher sauce leverages the fruity, earthy, and peppery flavour of the infamous Carolina Reaper. According to KFC, the new sauce hits a Scoville level of 13,500 – more than double the level of Tabasco.
The Kentucky Scorcher can be found at participating KFC locations across Canada for a limited time.
