Noodles & Company is testing new plant-based Impossible Panko Chicken at select locations in Colorado, Oregon, and Washington.

The new plant-based protein option is available as part of the brand’s Orange Chicken Lo Mein dish now also called, Impossible Orange Chicken Lo Mein. The plant-based protein option is also available as an addition or substitution in any dish on the menu.
Boasting 13 grams of protein per serving, and made entirely from plants, Impossible Panko Chicken offers the taste regular chicken with a crunchy and meaty texture, a crispy golden exterior and a juicy white interior.
