Spring is in full bloom at Panera with the debut of new Mexican Street Corn Chowder alongside the brand’s seasonal Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with Chicken.

Mexican Street Corn Chowder features sweet corn with fire-roasted poblano peppers, russet potatoes, chile powder, lime juice and cilantro in a creamy broth and topped with blue corn tortilla strips.
Meanwhile, the seasonal Strawberry Poppyseed Salad with Chicken consists of chicken raised without antibiotics, mandarin oranges and fresh strawberries, blueberries and pineapple tossed in poppyseed dressing and topped with toasted pecan pieces.
