Caribou Coffee teams up with plant-based brand Just Egg for the debut if its first-ever, fully plant-based menu offering with the introduction of the new Just Egg Roasted Tomato & Pesto Flatbread.

Served warm on a folded flatbread, the Just Egg Roasted Tomato & Pesto Flatbread features folded Just Egg, Violife dairy-free smoked provolone cheese, with roasted tomatoes and vegan pesto.
You can find the Just Egg Roasted Tomato & Pesto Flatbread at nearly 400 Caribou coffeehouses nationwide for a limited time starting May 5, 2022.
The launch makes Caribou the largest coffeehouse chain to feature Just Egg’s plant-based product.
