Panera welcomes back a pair of fan-favorite seasonal menu items with the return of the Lobster Roll and Lobster Mac & Cheese.

Absent from Panera’s menu for three years, here’s a closer look at the returning seasonal items:
The Lobster Roll features lobster claw and knuckle meat, tossed in a lemon tarragon mayonnaise-based dressing on a New England Roll.
Meanwhile, Lobster Mac & Cheese features Panera’s signature Vermont White Cheddar Macaroni and Cheese topped with buttered claw and knuckle lobster meat and seasoned Panko bread crumbs.
Both the Lobster Roll and Lobster Mac & Cheese can be found at select locations in the Northeast for a limited time starting May 25, 2022.
