Tonight on Restaurant Impossible, Robert Irvine and his team are in Grenada, Mississippi to save the failing 333 Restaurant.

According to the episode synopsis, 333 Restaurant owner Allyson is busy teaching art on a full-time basis, but insists the restaurant’s manager contact her before making any decision, be it big or small. Allyson’s decision not to give up teaching has left the restaurant leaderless and in a chaotic situation, where the business is reportedly just months from shutting down. Robert has to convince Allyson that trusting and empowering her staff is the only way she can save her restaurant.
