The BBQ Brisket Pizza features the brand’s signature made-from-scratch dough topped with BBQ sauce, smoked chopped brisket, jalapenos, red onions, real mozzarella and cheddar cheeses, and finished with a ranch drizzle.
Casey’s beef brisket is unsauced, hand-trimmed and dry-rubbed with seasoning then double-hardwood, pit-smoked up to 16 hours, for a smoky, sweet – yet savory seasonal flavor.
The BBQ Brisket Pizza is available now for a limited time at participating locations for a suggested price of $16.99.
