Wienerschnitzel and sister brand Hamburger Stand offer a taste of the tropics with the introduction of a new BBQ Luau menu.

Key to the menu is the new Luau BBQ Sauce that Wienerschnitzel describes as the “best tropical BBQ sauce ever.” The sauce itself combines the sweetness of guava and pineapple, the spiciness of sriracha, and the tanginess of BBQ Sauce.
Here’s a look at the new BBQ Luau menu:
- Luau Dog: A hot dog in a fresh, steamed bun topped with Luau BBQ Sauce, grilled onions, pineapple and chopped bacon.
- Luau Burger: An all-beef hamburger patty topped with Luau BBQ Sauce, grilled onions, pineapple and chopped bacon, on a toasted bun.
- Luau Fries: Golden brown French fries topped with Luau BBQ Sauce, grilled onions, pineapple and chopped bacon.
The new BBQ Luau menu can be found at participating Wienerschnitzel and Hamburger Stand location nationwide for a limited time.
