The returning sandwich is filled with lamb and beef gyro meat, topped with tangy tzatziki sauce, crumbled feta, and fresh onion and tomato on flatbread – served the Potbelly way, toasted at 500 degrees.
Greek Gyro Flats first appeared at Potbelly back in 2018 as the brand’s own unique take on a traditional Greek gyro.
Additionally, on Tuesday, July 12, 2022, Potbelly Perks members who buy one Gyro Flat sandwich, get any Original-sized sandwich free.
