On tonight’s episode of Restaurant Impossible, Robert Irvine and his team are in Belen, New Mexico to makeover Greg’s BBQ.

Greg’s BBQ is a family restaurant operated by ex-Marine Greg, who suffers from several health issues, including years of untreated stress, which is impacting the restaurant in a negative way, and endangering his life. A micromanager, Greg has serious issues with trusting his son, who he works with in the restaurant’s kitchen. Robert must convince Greg to trust his son, so he can step back from the kitchen and start improving his health, before it kills him.
The makeover happened in April 2022.
