Round Table Pizza serves up a taste of the Mediterranean with the debut of the all-new Greek-style Apollo Pizza alongside the new Apollo Salad.

Made available as part of the brand’s employee innovation contest, the Apollo Pizza features Calamata olives and feta cheese, garlic olive oil and Italian Herb Seasoning plus the chain’s signature three-cheese blend, along with salami, green bell peppers, Roma tomatoes and a touch of Parmesan upon serving.
The Apollo Salad consists of romaine lettuce with grape tomatoes, artichoke hearts, red onion, Calamata olives, cucumbers, feta cheese, and salami, all drizzled with a tangy Parmesan Italian Vinaigrette.
The Apollo Pizza was created by Bryan Liupakka, a manager at the Round Table Pizza located in Gig Harbor, Washington. Bryan was seeking to make a crispy Mediterranean pizza that had strong Greek roots. After a selection process, including thousands of votes from Round Table Pizza fans and staff, his Greek-style pizza was chosen as the winner to be featured as the official Summer 2022 limited-time offering.
