In celebration of National Cheesecake Day, The Cheesecake Factory will welcome the new Classic Basque Cheesecake to menus nationwide starting July 30, 2022.

The Classic Basque Cheesecake is a unique crustless cheesecake with a burnt top and an ultra-creamy, custard-like center, with sweet caramelized notes, all covered with fresh berries and whipped cream.
As part of the celebration, The Cheesecake Factory will donate $1 to Feeding America for every slice of its more than 30 flavors of cheesecake sold on Saturday, July 30, 2022.
Additionally, for every slice of Classic Basque Cheesecake sold from July 31, 2022 through July 29, 2023, The Cheesecake Factory will donate 25 cents to Feeding America.
