In honor of the recently discontinued Choco Taco, IHOP will offer its own unique spin on the Ice Cream Truck Classic by offering the new Choco-Pancake at just one IHOP location in the Houston, Texas area for one day only, on Monday, August 1, 2022.

Created in partnership with a local Houston-based IHOP franchisee, the Choco-Pancake features a classic Buttermilk Pancake prepared on IHOP’s griddle, and then hand-pressed in a waffle iron until crispy and golden. Folded taco-style, the pancake is filled with vanilla ice cream and topped with chocolate sauce, whipped topping, and chocolate chips.
The Choco-Pancake can be enjoyed for dine-in at the IHOP restaurant located at 22607 Tomball Pkwy, Tomball, Texas for a suggested price of $2.50, all day on Monday, August 1, 2022.
