With prices starting at $4.49, Taco Bueno’s signature slow-smoked brisket is featured in the following menu items:
- Brisket Taco: Hickory slow-smoked brisket, pickled red onions, and minced cilantro in a warm flour tortilla.
- Brisket Quesadilla: Hickory slow-smoked brisket, and a layer of cheddar and pepper jack cheeses, all pressed in a warm flour tortilla.
- Brisket Nachos: A generous portion of crunchy tortilla chips topped with hickory slow-smoked brisket, refried beans, queso, pickled red onions, Pico de Gallo and sliced jalapenos.
- Brisket Queso: Traditional queso loaded up with hickory slow-smoked brisket, Pico de Gallo, sliced jalapenos, and minced cilantro, served with a side of tortilla chips.
