Pumpkin Cheesecake is a pumpkin light ice cream with creamy chunks of cheesecake, and boasts just 120 calories per serving with 75 percent less sugar than full-sugar versions.
Bake the World a Better Place is a pecan pie-flavored ice cream with crispy pecans, chunks of flaky pie crust pieces and a honey-flavored swirl.
Enlightened will give back by donating 100 percent of profits from Bake the World a Better Place to Diversify Dietetics, a non-profit organization seeking to increase the racial and ethnic diversity in the field of nutrition by empowering nutrition leaders of color.
Pumpkin Cheesecake and Bake the World a Better Place are now available for purchase on EatEnlightened.com and at select retailers in 14-oz tubs for a suggested price ranging from $5.99 to $6.99.
