As anxious fans eagerly await the return of Taco Bell’s Mexican Pizza on September 15, Pizza Hut is responding to the competition with the introduction of the new Italian Taco.

Pizza Hut describes the Italian Taco as featuring a hand-tossed taco shell stuffed with a classic marinara sauce, melted mozzarella cheese and whichever fillings you choose from pepperoni to jalapenos a.k.a. a slice of pizza folded like a taco.
Unwilling to “fold to the competition,” Pizza Hut’s cheeky Italian Taco can be enjoyed by anyone simply by folding over a slice of pizza taco-style.
