Sonic refreshes its popular 2 For $5 menu by adding the Grilled Cheese Burger as a new option.

As part of the deal, you can now mix and match any two of the following select menu items for 5 bucks:
- Grilled Cheese Burger: The brand’s signature grilled cheese sandwich on buttery Texas Toast plus a seasoned, 100 percent pure beef patty, mustard, ketchup, and diced onions.
- Small Jumbo Popcorn Chicken: Breaded all-white meat chicken and fried up until golden.
- Regular Fritos Chili Cheese Wrap: Crunchy Fritos chips, chili and melted cheddar cheese are all wrapped up in a warm flour tortilla.
To make way for the Grilled Cheese Burger, Sonic dropped the Quarter Pound Double Cheeseburger from the menu.
Just be aware that no customizations can be made when ordering though the brand’s mobile app, so you’ll have to order at the drive-in if you want to make customizations, like removing mustard, etc.
