El Pollo Loco welcomes back Overstuffed Quesadillas in three new varieties, including Chipotle Chicken, Shredded Beef Avocado and Poblano Chicken.

Designed for on-the-go chewers, here’s a closer look at the new portable Overstuffed Quesadillas:
- Chipotle Chicken: Signature El Pollo Loco fire-grilled chicken, melted Jack cheese, salsa roja, sour cream, and pico de gallo.
- Shredded Beef Avocado: Savory shredded beef, melted Jack cheese, avocado salsa, onion, cilantro, and avocado slices.
- Poblano Chicken: Signature El Pollo Loco fire-grilled chicken, melted Jack cheese, creamy cilantro, fire-grilled Poblano peppers, pico de gallo, and guacamole.
You can find all three new Overstuffed Quesadillas at participating location chainwide for a limited time through December 28, 2022.
