Taco Bell is strongly considering permanently adding Nacho Fries to its national menu as opposed to featuring them seasonally as a limited-time offering a couple of times a year.

“People that go to lunch want to have French fries. We know that. So we’re looking at and testing bringing fries permanently on to the menu, which would increase our lunch business dramatically,” CNN quoted Taco Bell CEO Mark King as saying during an investor event earlier this week.
Taco Bell’s Nacho Fries feature crispy golden French fries coated in bold Mexican seasoning and served with a side of warm, nacho cheese sauce for dipping.
Based on CEO Mark King’s comments, I would expect to see a long-term test of Nacho Fries in a few key markets in advance of a permanent move to the brand’s national menu.
