Torchy’s Tacos welcomes back the Midnight Cowboy as the chain’s Taco of the Month for January 2023.

The Midnight Cowboy features seasoned ground beef, potatoes, pickled onions, sour cream, jack cheese, cilantro and diablo sauce on crispy corn tortilla inside of a flour tortilla.
You can find the Midnight Cowboy at participating locations chainwide through January 31, 2023.
Portions of the proceeds from all Taco of the Month sales go to Torchy’s charitable partners.
