Insomnia Cookies kicks off 2023 with the introduction of two new sweet treats: the new Chocolate Chunk Brookie and new Chocolate Chunk Blondie.

To create the new treats, Insomnia Cookies baked together two of its most decadent offerings – its iconic chocolate chunk cookie and its ultra-rich brownie.
The new Chocolate Chunk Brookie is described as being “Half brownie. Half cookie. A total snack.”
The new Chocolate Chunk Blondie is described as follows: “The rumors are true…blondies have more fun. Insomnia’s iconic chocolate chunk cookie recipe has been tinkered, resulting in the most irresistible treat known to mouth.”
The brand’s original Chocolate Chip Brownie is an extra fudgy, ultra-rich brownie packed with milk chocolate chunks.
Meanwhile, the Loaded Brownie can now be enjoyed with a brownie, blondie, or brookie base, and topped with cream cheese frosting, cookie butter, or buttercream and garnished with your favorite toppings.
Insomniacs will now have the option to add the Chocolate Chunk Blondie and/or the Chocolate Chunk Brookie to packs including the Super 6, 4+4-pack, Deluxe 4-pack, and Deluxe 6-pack.
