Mod Pizza thinks outside of the pizza box by testing new oven-baked Wings at 28 select locations in Dallas, Texas and Salt Lake City, Utah.

Oven-baked until crispy, the brand’s new Wings can be enjoyed in five flavors, including BBQ Hot Honey, Buffalo, Sri-Rancha, Parmesan Garlic Rosemary and Original.

  • BBQ Hot Honey: Sweet & smokey BBQ sauce, ​drizzled after baking with sweet chili-infused honey.
  • Buffalo: Hot, tangy classic buffalo sauce.
  • Sri-Rancha: A blend of spicy sriracha & cool, creamy ranch, ​drizzled with ranch after baking.
  • Parmesan Garlic Rosemary: A combination of garlic, parmesan cheese and fresh-chopped rosemary.
  • Original: Oven-baked until crispy, ready for dipping in one of seven signature dipping sauces.

As part of the test, Mod will also be offering Wings with one of seven dipping sauces, including BBQ Sauce, Ranch, Hot Buffalo, Balsamic Fig Glaze, Red Sauce, Pesto, and Sri-Rancha.

While prices vary by test location, wings can be enjoyed a la carte for a suggested price of $8.97 to $9.47 for a six-piece, and $16.47 to $16.97 for a 12-piece.
