On tonight’s episode of Restaurant Impossible, Robert Irvine and his crew are back in Baton Rouge, LA to save Boil & Roux.

According to the episode synopsis, Boil & Roux owner Maurice “claims to be proud of his restaurant, but his lack of leadership and inability to inspire his staff threaten to destroy the business. If Robert Irvine can’t teach Maurice how to lead effectively, his restaurant has no chance to survive.”
The makeover happened back in September 2022.
