Baja Fresh takes inspiration from the Sea of Cortez for the introduction of the new Sea of Cortez Burrito and new Sea of Cortez Bowl.

Here’s a closer look at the new limited-time offerings:
The Sea of Cortez Burrito features rice, black beans, roasted tomatillo salsa, grilled shrimp, grilled wahoo, guajillo sauce, green and purple cabbage, guacamole, mango salsa, pickled onions and cilantro all wrapped in a soft flour tortilla.
The Sea of Cortez Bowl consists of rice topped with black or pinto beans, roasted veggies, roasted tomatillo salsa, grilled shrimp, grilled wahoo, guajillo sauce, green and purple cabbage, guacamole, mango salsa, pickled onions and cilantro.
You can find both Sea of Cortez-inspired dishes at participating locations chainwide through April 10, 2023.
