El Pollo Loco adds a new protein option to its signature line of Double Tostada Salads with the introduction of the new Double Shredded Beef Tostada Salad.

The new Double Shredded Beef Tostada Salad features a house-made crisp tostada shell filled with a double portion of shredded beef, fresh Hass Avocado, shredded lettuce, savory whole pinto beans, traditional Mexican rice, cool sour cream, Monterey Jack cheese, and freshly prepared pico de gallo salsa, all served with creamy cilantro dressing.
In addition to the new Double Shredded Beef Tostada Salad, El Pollo Loco is also featuring the Double Chicken Tostada Salad, consisting of a house-made crisp tostada shell filled with a double portion of chopped citrus-marinated fire-grilled, all-white meat chicken breast, fresh Hass Avocado, shredded lettuce, savory whole pinto beans, traditional Mexican rice, cool sour cream, Monterey Jack cheese, and freshly prepared pico de gallo salsa. The salad is served with creamy cilantro dressing.
