On tonight’s episode of Bar Rescue, Jon Taffer and his team are in Arvada, Colorado to rescue Rockabillies Bar & Grill.

Rockabillies is a retro 1950s bar opened by Virginia Nigg and her two sons back in 2018 with financial help from her ex-husband Jim. Virginia originally intended for her sons to take over the business, but shortly after opening, Virginia found herself running the bar alone after both of her sons decided to part ways in 2019.
With the bar losing up to $15,000 a month, and her “entitled” ex-husband Jim using the bar as his personal watering hole, Virginia put in a call for help to Bar Rescue.
During the rescue, which happened back in the summer of 2022, Jon decided to change the name of Rockabillies to Bar Retro.
Virginia decided not to keep the new name and continues to operate the bar under its original name.
