Checkers and Rally’s adds a new option to their popular Buford lineup with the introduction of the new Fried Mushroom Buford.

Weighing in at 970 Calories, the Fried Mushroom Buford features two of the chain’s largest 100 percent hand-seasoned beef, hamburger patties topped with Swiss cheese, crispy battered fried mushrooms, savory mushroom sauce and caramelized onions on a toasted bakery-style bun.
While prices vary, you can expect to pay around $5.99 for a Fried Mushroom Buford at most locations.
