Here’s a closer look at the new seasonal menu items inspired by the Land Down Under:
- Crab-Topped Barramundi: A seasoned and seared whitefish We season topped with crab and lemon butter. The dish is served with seasoned rice and fresh seasonal veggie.
- Steak & Tail: A signature center-cut sirloin paired with a steamed lobster tail and two sides.
- Tim Tam Brownie Cake: A chocolate brownie layered with peanut butter and chocolate mousse, topped it with caramel sauce, then crowned with Arnott’s Tim Tam cookies from Australia.
