California Pizza Kitchen welcomes the 2023 summer season with the return of fan-favorite seasonal menu items, including the California Fields Salad, Strawberry Shortcake and more.

Here’s closer look at CPK’s seasonal items:
- California Fields Salad: Fresh watermelon, strawberries, and field greens, tossed with basil in-house made Champagne vinaigrette and topped with Feta and pistachios. You can enjoy the salad with additional items including Grilled Chicken, Grilled Shrimp, Sautéed Salmon, Fresh Avocado.
- Dynamite Shrimp: Crispy shrimp tossed in homemade sweet and spicy sriracha sauce, all topped with slivered scallions and toasted sesame seeds.
- Strawberry Shortcake: A warm shortcake biscuit piled high with seasonal strawberries, whipped cream, and housemade candied lemon zest. Vanilla Häagen-Dazs Ice Cream can be added for an additional charge.
- Summer Fruit Sangria: Belleruche Rosé, Grey Goose vodka, and Monin Watermelon, garnished with fresh watermelon, strawberry, and mint.
- Sparkling Watermelon Cooler (non-alcoholic): Fresh lime and soda water infused with Watermelon Purée – made with fresh watermelon and Monin Watermelon, garnished with fresh watermelon.
