Torchy’s Tacos welcomes back the Cougar taco as the chain’s Taco of the Month for May 2023.

The Cougar features smoked beef brisket, corn relish, fried onions, BBQ sauce, chipotle sauce and cilantro on a flour tortilla.
You can find the Cougar at participating locations for a limited time through May 31, 2023.
Portions of the proceeds from Taco of the Month sales go to Torchy’s charitable partners, including the Make a Wish Foundation, MD Anderson and Phoenix House.
