Here’s a closer look at Chili’s 2023 summer offerings:
New Chicken Crispers Combos are now available in four, five and six count combos served with French Fries and a new White Cheddar Mac & Cheese, Chili’s housemade ranch and choice of two dipping sauces. While Chicken Crispers have always been made from all-white-meat chicken breast, Chili’s has now made them bigger, crispier, and juicier, adopting a hand-battered breading process.
There’s also an option swap for Crispy Honey-Chipotle Crispers, tossed in the brand’s signature honey-chipotle sauce.
The new Double OldTimer with Cheese features two quarter-pound beef patties, cheddar cheese, pickles, lettuce, tomato, red onion, and mustard served with fries.
Chili’s is also welcoming new Ultimate Cajun Pasta, a new variety of Chili’s Cajun Pasta made with grilled chicken, shrimp, and penne in Alfredo sauce, topped with chili spices, shredded parmesan, tomatoes and green onions served with garlic toast.
First introduced as part of the bar menu in the fall of 2022, the Chili’s Philly can now be enjoyed as part of the dining room menu. The popular handheld sandwich features thinly sliced steak, grilled bell peppers and onions, jalapenos and white queso on a toasted buttery roll served with fries.
Fans can now select from two new dipping sauces, including new Buffalo Ranch, offering a cool ranch flavor with a kick, and new Sweet Chili Zing sauce, featuring a spicy-sweet and zesty flavor experience. The new sauces join Chili’s existing sauce lineup of Honey Mustard, House BBQ and Buffalo sauce.
New Premium Margaritas
- Casamigos ‘Rita: Marking the introduction of Casamigos to the menu, this premium margarita is made with Casamigos Reposado Tequila, Cointreau, and fresh sour.
- Skinny ‘Rita: A twist on a classic, this lighter margarita is shaken with Teremana Blanco Tequila, fresh sour and topped with a splash of soda.
- Henny ‘Rita: As the name suggests, the Henny ‘Rita features Hennessy V.S. Cognac along with Teremana Blanco Tequila and fresh sour.
- Sangrita ‘Rita: Starting with Chili’s classic frozen margarita, housemade, red wine Sangria is then added and swirled to create a perfect melding of flavors to beat the summer heat.
