The Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich features a five-ounce chicken filet flavored with spices and chili peppers used to create Lee’s bold and bright, hot-but-not-too-fiery version on Nashville Hot. The sandwich also includes pickles on Lee’s signature brioche bun.
