To take advantage of the dine-in offer, simply mention “National Onion Day” to your server when ordering any full-price adult entree and you’ll score a free Bloomin’ Onion on the house.

Outback’s iconic side item features a hand-carved onion cooked until golden and ready to dip into the brand’s spicy signature bloom sauce.

Just keep in mind that the offer is limited to one free Bloomin’ Onion per table.

The Bloomin’ Onion was invented by one of Outback’s four founders, Tim Gannon, who aimed to create a delicious come-back flavor, knowing guests could not stop at one petal. Today, Bloomin’ Onions are cooked and crafted by bloomologists and served on a trademarked pedestal displaying the fitting message, “on another level.” There is an average of over 200 petals per onion, and Outback uses over 14 million pounds of colossal onions in a year.

National Onion Day is celebrated annually on June 27.
