BJ’s Introduces New Hickory Brisket Nachos, Big Twist Pretzel With BJ’s Beer Cheese And More For Summer 2023

BJ’s Restaurant & Brewhouse is kicking off summer 2023 with the return of its fan-favorite favorite Peanut Butter S’mores Pizookie alongside new Hickory Brisket Nachos, Big Twist Pretzel with BJ’s Beer Cheese and much more.

BJ’s seasonal Peanut Butter S’mores Pizookie features a warm, ooey-gooey Ghirardelli triple chocolate cookie piled high with peanut butter, toasted marshmallows, and finished with rich vanilla bean ice cream.

BJ’s is also introducing three new savory summer offerings, including Hickory Brisket Nachos, Big Twist Pretzel with BJ’s Beer Cheese, and Buffalo Stampede Chicken Pasta.

• Hickory Brisket Nachos feature a bed of crispy corn tortilla chips topped with hickory- smoked BBQ brisket, sweet, tangy BJ’s Peppered BBQ Sauce, melted jack and cheddar cheese, applewood-smoked bacon, red onion, cilantro, housemade guacamole, sour cream, fire roasted salsa and pico de gallo, all served on an 11-inch deep dish pan.
• The Big Twist Pretzel with BJ’s Beer Cheese features a warm, pizza-oven-baked pretzel topped with kosher salt and served with a side of BJ’s Brewhouse Blonde beer cheese, plus honey mustard for dipping.
• Buffalo Stampede Chicken Pasta features crispy chicken tenders, spaghetti tossed in Tatonka Stout creamy buffalo sauce, carrots, red and green onions, and diced celery all drizzled with buffalo sauce and ranch.

For those planning pool parties, and backyard barbecues this summer, BJ’s has two new dishes available exclusively via takeout and delivery, including the Cheeseburger Pizza, featuring a combination of two summer favorites that features a fire-grilled beef crumble and BJ’s signature burger sauce and pizza crust. For a lighter option, the Chicken Tortilla Pasta is BJ’s creative take on the classic chicken tortilla soup.

For a refreshing sip, BJ’s is introducing four creative takes on the classic Margarita. The new, one-of-a-kind White Peach Boba-Rita combines juicy peaches and strawberry boba. For the sweet taste of summer heat, the Spicy Mango Margarita includes fresh jalapeños and a Tajin rim. Meanwhile, the Casamigos Watermelon Margarita is a light alternative, infused with fresh watermelon and finished with a tajin rim. Rounding out the new and improved margarita menu is the BJ’s Grand Patrón Margarita, which features a mini bottle of Grand Marnier topping off the glass.
