Outback Steakhouse just announced it is launching a new Sweet Heat Season menu featuring a range of bold flavors — sweet, spicy, salty, rich — available for a limited time only from July 26 through October 31, 2023.

Here’s a closer look Sweet Heat Season menu:

Hot Honey Fried Shrimp: Tender, bite-sized shrimp hand-breaded with the brand’s signature Bloomin’ Onion spices and cooked until golden brown. The dish is drizzled with house-made hot honey and spicy signature bloom sauce and topped with Fresno chilies and served with hot honey for a suggested price of $13.99.

Grilled Chicken & Hot Honey Fried Shrimp: Seasoned and grilled chicken breast with signature BBQ sauce paired with new Hot Honey Fried Shrimp. The dish comes served with a choice of two freshly made sides for a suggested price of $16.99.

Sirloin & Hot Honey Fried Chicken: A signature center-cut sirloin paired with a boneless chicken breast hand-battered in Bloomin’ Onion spices, fried until golden brown, drizzled with house-made hot honey and spicy signature bloom sauce, topped with Fresno chilies, and served with hot honey. Served with choice of steakhouse potato and a side. (6-oz Sirloin $24.99. 8-oz Sirloin $26.99)

Filet & Snow Crab: A tender and juicy thick barrel-cut 6-oz filet paired with a half-pound of Snow Crab Legs. Served with choice of steakhouse potato and a side for a suggested price of $29.99. Only want the Snow Crab Legs? Get a full pound with a choice of two freshly made sides for $22.99.

New Hot Honey ‘Rita: Sauza Gold Tequila, Cointreau, hot honey and a trio of citrus juices garnished with a cinnamon sugar rim for a suggested price of $7.00.

Tim Tam Sundae: Creamy vanilla ice cream rolled in Arnott’s Tim Tam cookie crumbles, drizzled with chocolate and caramel sauce, and topped with whipped cream, Tim Tam cookies and honey caramel popcorn for a salty sweet crunch for a suggested price of $9.99.

Outback is also welcoming back the fan-favorite Wedge Salad. The returning salad features a crisp wedge of iceberg lettuce topped with tomato, red onions, bacon, and homemade Blue Cheese dressing, then drizzled with balsamic glaze for a suggested price of $5.99.
