Ruby Tuesday introduces new Baby-Back Rib Trio and more as part of the restaurant chain’s new Premium Steaks & BBQ menu.

Here’s a closer look at the new menu:
- New Baby-Back Rib Trio: A trio of ribs with classic BBQ, BBQ dry rub, and Sticky Ribs that are flash-fried and tossed in hickory bourbon sauce. Served with Texas toast and French fries.
- New 16-oz Bone-in Rib Eye: Premium-cut Bone-In Rib Eye. Served with a baked potato or add on any additional side for $1 or premium side for $1.99.
- 16-oz T-Bone: A premium-cut T-Bone, served with a baked potato or add on any additional side for $1 or premium side for $1.99.
- 12-oz New York Center-Cut Strip: A juicy New York strip that is cooked just the way you like it. Served with a baked potato or add on any additional side for $1 or premium side for $1.99.
- Rib Eye, Ribs & Crispy Shrimp Combo: A seared 6-oz Rib Eye, a Half-Rack of our slow-cooked Baby-Back Ribs, and crispy fried shrimp, served with French fries.
- New Ultimate Southern BLT: A BLT with tender sliced brisket, not bacon, and it’s topped with all the fixings including BBQ fried pickles, lettuce, tomato and our signature sauce all served on Texas toast. Try it with new BBQ seasoned fries with any entree only for a limited time
- New Ultimate Pulled Pork: A generous portion of pulled pork, melted cheddar, and classic BBQ sauce, topped with BBQ fried pickles and a drizzle of ranch all served on a toasted hoagie.Try it with new BBQ seasoned fries with any entree only for a limited time.
- New BBQ Fried Pickles: Crispy dill pickle slices tossed in BBQ seasoning. Each order comes served with a side of house-made ranch for dipping.
- New BBQ Cheese Bites: Fried cheese curds tossed in BBQ seasoning. Dip them in house-made ranch to experience the intended flavor in every bite.
- New Lemon Cream Cake: Lemon cake with decadent cream filling.
