Sweet Potato Marshmallow Brulee features roasted sweet potatoes with nutmeg, cinnamon, marshmallow sweet cream, and cracked sugar candy.
More specifically, the new flavor starts the brand’s signature sweet potato with marshmallows ice cream. The Jeni’s team roast fresh sweet potatoes until they’re creamy and slightly caramelized. Then blend them with Vietnamese cinnamon, nutmeg, grass-grazed milk, and cream. And for a light and sweeter contrast, the cream is swirled with a bright and almost candy-like marshmallow cream, with notes of vanilla. Burnt sugar pieces add a caramelized sugar flavor to every bite.
