IHOP is running a new limited-time promotion where kids 12 and under get a free Scary Face Pancake with the purchase of an adult entree from October 24 through October 31, 2023.

The offer is valid at participating locations for dine-in only from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. local time with a qualifying purchase.
Scary Face Pancakes feature a buttermilk pancake topped with whipped topping eyes and smile. IHOP also provides a side of Mini Oreo cookies, glazed strawberries and candy corn for decorating.
Scary Face Pancakes are available at IHOP for the entire month of October.
