Panda Express is testing new Dim Sum Bites at its Innovation Kitchen in Pasadena, California through November 28, 2023.

The new dim sum-style menu includes two new offerings in addition to three existing menu items:
- New Lobster & Shrimp Dumplings: Crafted with a premium blend of lobster, shrimp, cream cheese and veggies in a crispy wrapper.
- New Mini Chicken Wontons: Crispy mini wontons filled with chicken and veggies for the perfect crunch.
- Recently introduced Apple Pie Roll: Juicy apples and fall spices in a crispy rolled pastry, finished with cinnamon sugar.
- Chicken Egg Roll: Cabbage, carrots, green onions and chicken in a crispy wonton wrapper.
- Veggie Spring Roll: Cabbage, celery, carrots, green onions and Chinese noodles in a crispy wonton wrapper.
As part of the test, Dim Sum Bites can be enjoyed individually for $2 per dish, two dishes for $3.75, or three dishes for $5.
