Sourdough is literally the Star of the show at Carl’s Jr. with the return of the fan-favorite Sourdough Star.

The Sourdough Star features a charbroiled all-beef patty, two strips of bacon, classic sauce, caramelized onions, melted American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise on thickly sliced, toasted sourdough bread.
A Double Sourdough Star is also available. It includes two juicy, charbroiled all-beef patties, two strips of bacon, classic sauce, caramelized onions, melted American cheese, lettuce, tomato, and mayonnaise all on thickly sliced and toasted sourdough bread.
While both versions can be enjoyed a la carte, you can also enjoy the returning fan-favorite as part of a Sourdough Star Combo, where you get a Sourdough Star served with a side of fries and soft dring.
