Shake Shack kicks off 2024 by bringing its flavor A-game with the introduction of new items featuring “swicy” (sweet/spicy) and umami flavors and tastes.

While the new menu officially launches nationwide on Friday, January 12, Shake Shack is offering fans exclusive early access starting today, January 9 via the Shake Shack app.

On the swicy side, Shake Shack is launching a sweet and spicy Gochujang-glazed chicken sandwich, topped with a white kimchi slaw made with Portland-based Choi’s Kimchi. On the umami side is the new Korean BBQ Burger, made with savory and salty Korean BBQ sauce on Shake Shack’s 100 percent Angus beef burger. Whether you opt for swicy or savory, both pair with the new Spicy Korean BBQ Fries and Spicy Korean BBQ Cheese Fries, loaded with kimchi seasoning and served with a side of Korean BBQ sauce.

Korean Style Fried Chicken

  • Crispy, white-meat chicken breast coated in a spicy and sweet Gochujang glaze, sprinkled with sesame seeds and topped with white kimchi slaw, featuring Choi’s Kimchi, on a toasted potato bun. Starts at $8.49.

Korean BBQ Burger

  • 100 percent Angus beef cheeseburger topped with crispy sweet onions, fresh scallions and a savory, salty Korean BBQ sauce on a toasted potato bun. Starts at $7.79

Spicy Korean BBQ Fries

  • Crispy crinkle cuts spiced with kimchi seasoning and served with a side of Korean BBQ sauce. Starts at $3.99

  • Crispy crinkle cuts topped with our cheese sauce spiced with kimchi seasoning and served with a side of Korean BBQ sauce. Starts at $4.99
