Insomnia Cookies introduces the new Irish Potato Classic Cookie and more in celebration of St. Patrick’s Day 2024.

In addition to the new Irish Potato Classic Cookie, the brand is also baking up the Pot O’ Gold Dipper, as well as their new limited-time Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire Slime Puft Cookies ‘N Cream Classic cookie and Frozen Empire Big Dipper.

St. Patrick’s Day Collection: Available in-store and for local delivery until March 25 or until supplies last.
- Irish Potato Classic: An Irish-American tradition, Insomnia-fied. Classic Snickerdoodle dough filled with coconut flakes and cream cheese chips, inspired by the traditional Philadelphia Irish Potato candy!
- Pot ‘O Gold Lil’ Dipper: Twelve Mini Classic cookies paired with decadent buttercream or cream cheese icing, sprinkled with edible gold dust for a festive St. Paddy’s day flare. We promise we won’t pinch you.
- Pot ‘O Gold Big Dipper: Four of your favorite Classic cookies paired with decadent buttercream or cream cheese icing, sprinkled with edible gold dust for a festive St. Paddy’s day flare.

- Slime Puft Cookies ‘N Cream Classic (available in-store and for local delivery): Who ya gonna call?! The brand has teamed up with Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire to create the ultimate movie night treat: a Slimer-inspired, green Cookies ‘N Cream classic cookie with marshmallows reminiscent of the mischievous mini-pufts.
- Frozen Empire Big Dipper (available in-store only starting 3/13): A frosted take on the classic Big Dipper to celebrate the release of Ghostbusters: Frozen Empire! Your choice of (4) warm, Classic cookies, paired with a scoop of ice cream and your choice of topping for delicious dipping.
