This new flavor comes as a response to the growing interest among Gen Z and Millennials in sweet and spicy flavor combinations, as well as the increasing popularity of Korean cuisine in the US.

To mark the launch, Kettle Brand has partnered with Chef Eric Choi, a renowned culinary expert. Inspired by the idea of using chips as a flavorful canvas for Gochujang, Chef Choi has created an exclusive dish featuring the new Kettle Brand chips at his acclaimed New York City restaurant, C as in Charlie. From April 13 to April 20, 2024, diners can savor Chef Eric’s Beef Tartare with Kettle Brand Gochujang Chips – a modern take on the classic dish, enhanced with an additional layer of flavor and satisfying crunch.

New Kettle Brand Gochujang Flavored Chips will be available for a limited time starting this spring for a suggested price of $5.2at retailers nationwide, with packaging reminiscent of the brick-red color of the condiment.
