Crafted to capture the essence of grandma’s sweetness, the new Grandma McFlurry boasts a blend of syrup and crunchy candy pieces reminiscent of those beloved treats she always kept in her purse. It’s a nostalgic trip down memory lane, designed to be shared with the grandma or grandmotherly figure in your life.

In conjunction with the release, McDonald’s is partnering with breakthrough artists to offer fresh takes on classic tunes, celebrating the timeless bond between grandparents and their loved ones. Remi Wolf will cover the iconic “How Sweet It Is (To Be Loved by You),” while Jay Wheeler will put his spin on the Latin favorite “Piel Canela.”

To kick off the celebration, McDonald’s will debut Grandma’s McFlurry Mobile, a nostalgic nod to the beloved ice cream truck. The mobile unit will offer a sneak peek of the new McFlurry at various locations in New York City, including senior centers and assisted living homes, fostering connections between generations.

On May 17 and 18, Grandma’s McFlurry Mobile will be stationed at Herald Square and make stops in East Harlem and Flushing. Additionally, McDonald’s will donate to Little Brothers – Friends of the Elderly, a national organization dedicated to combating loneliness among older adults.
