Panera Bread expands its breakfast menu with the introduction of a new lineup of breakfast sandwiches featuring freshly cracked eggs and brioche buns.

All the new breakfast sandwiches feature freshly cracked eggs cooked to order and served over-easy on brioche buns that are baked in-house at every U.S. location.
Bacon, Egg & Cheese: Applewood-smoked bacon, over easy egg, Vermont white cheddar, salt and pepper on a brioche bun.
Sausage, Egg & Cheese: Sausage, over easy egg, Vermont white cheddar, salt and pepper all served between a brioche bun.
Egg & Cheese: Over easy egg, Vermont white cheddar, salt and pepper on brioche.
The new breakfast sandwiches join the brand’s existing lineup:
Steak & Egg: Over easy egg, a thick slice of Vermont white cheddar and seared steak on an Everything Bagel.
Avocado, Egg White & Spinach: Scrambled egg whites, a thick slice of Vermont white cheddar, fresh avocado, baby spinach and tomato with salt and pepper on a freshly baked Sprouted Grain Bagel Flat.
Ham, Egg & Cheese: Over easy egg, a thick slice of Vermont white cheddar and smoked, lean ham with salt and pepper on our freshly baked Whole Grain Bread.
Additionally, fans can customize any breakfast sandwich by swapping an egg white for an over-easy egg, adding spinach or avocado, or adding sauces like sweet maple or chipotle mayo.
