Tonight on Restaurant Impossible, Robert Irvine and his crew are in Colleyville, Texas to save From Across the Pond.

According to the episode synopsis, when Robert arrives in Colleyville, he finds fellow countryman Lee Herdman on the brink of losing his restaurant and tries to help him realize he’s capable of turning around his 15-year-long failure.
From Across the Pond describes itself as an authentic British/Texan restaurant and Public House in the heart of Texas. The “Mum and Dad” owned restaurant features made-from-scratch dishes, including Fish n chips, Scotch Eggs Shepherd’s Pie, Chicken Tikka Masala, Sticky Toffee Bread and Butter Pudding, Burgers and more – all available fully gluten-free.
The makeover happened back in June 2021.
