If there’s one place in the nation where you’d expect McDonald’s to be serving up deep-fried cheese curds, it would definitely be in Wisconsin. Well, as fate would have it, they are. Really.

Cheese curds first appeared on menus at McDonald’s locations in the Milwaukee area last week, and were made available statewide on Thursday, November, 24 – according to Fox 6 Now.

If you’re itching to get a shot at these Wisconsin delicacies, you’re probably going to have to make a pilgrimage to Wisconsin, because these things are exclusive to McDonald’s menus in Wisconsin. I know, I know… And if you’re in Wisconsin, act fast, because cheese curds will only be available for a limited time.

You can pick up an order of McDonald’s Cheese Curds, made with real Wisconsin cheese, as part of the McPick 2 for $5 menu, at participating locations across the state.

This is the first time ever in McDonald’s history that cheese curds have appeared on the menu – and people are simply Lovin’ It! And who can blame them.

If you happen to get an opportunity to try out the new McDonald’s Cheese Curds, let us know all about them!
