As the name suggests, the new sandwich features deep fried shrimp with a bacon-crusted outer coating, along with sliced tomato, lettuce, red onion and Arby’s Po’ Boy Sauce on a toasted sub roll.
I’ll circle back around to this if and when new information becomes available – but I have heard that Arby’s is running a commercial for the sandwich in some markets.
YouTube food reviewer mrhappy0121 (Greg) came across the Bacon Crusted Shrimp Po’ Boy sandwich at his local Arby’s in Central Arkansas while on a run for the brand’s new Liger Shake. But as fate would have it, hungry or not, Greg found himself with only one option – pick up the combo meal and deal with the consequences later. Greg paid $9.63 for his Bacon-Crusted Shrimp Po’ Boy combo meal.
So without further ado, let’s see how this new sandwich stacks up. Check out Greg’s review below – and take a moment to subscribe to his YouTube channel.
