Pie Five Pizza brings trendy cauliflower the menu in the form of its new lower-carb cauliflower crust at participating locations through February 11, 2018.

Touting itself as the first fast casual pizza restaurant to introduce a cauliflower pizza crust to its dough line-up, the new gluten-free crust features less than half of the net carbs and sodium found in other crusts.
Cauliflower crust is available in the brand’s three existing made-from-scratch crust options – crispy artisan thin, classic pan, traditional Italian along with gluten-free.
California Pizza Kitchen introduced its version cauliflower pizza crust in November at select Southern California locations with plans to take it nationwide in early 2018.
